So what? Unfortunate for the guy, yes, but it has little effect on the park or anyone other than the people he was kissing.

Yes, that is very unfortunate for the guy, but what exactly DOES this have to do with the park? Don't get me wrong, I'm sorry for the man, but really, does this have a point to it? There are a lot of with that disease.

It says that he wasn't in direct contact with the visitors. If the people he lived with didn't even get it, guests at the park probably won't get it either.

I see your point on how is this a related topic to CP...but for one I am greatful that I was notified of this. Because it is possible that the man could of came in contact with some foods or drinks in the park...and unknowingly spread the meningitis. My uncle died of this when he was 13...and I am very careful with situations like this now. So thankyou CP Jigga for notifying us.

CP is the best!! I will never stop loving it. You gotta, you wanna, you have to hold on Cedar Point HOLD ON!!! :) :) :)

Even if the guy worked a food stand, he would not be able to "pass it on" by serving you. He would have to somehow pass on some of his bodily fluids and even then the risk would be minimal.

I had a college roommate who died of bacterial meningitis and the only person who was tested was his girlfriend. We shared the same bathroom and they weren't worried about me.
