man I wanted to answer!! Ok this is what I told the guests that asked (at least 25 times a day) what cheese on a stick is...

Cheese-on-a-stick n. -- a block of White American Cheese approximately 3 inches long, and 1 inch wide and tall, dipped in corn dog batter and fried for 5-8 minutes in grease. Can be served with additional side of nacho cheese. See also "Heart Attack on a Stick"
