Cedar Point Height Requirement

Hello all. This question goes out to the parents or guardians of whom i wil refer to as boarderline children
On Thursday I took my daughter to the peditrician for her annual physical and when they measured her they charted it as 48 1/4'.
Now what I am wondering is how accurate are the candycanes for the coasters and has anybody had problems with a child being so close.
Now of course she had her shoes off but im not about to risk her safety by padding shoes.Just curious how should I approach this.
She is very excited(hopefully)to ride the big ones and Im wondering on how to plan for admission when I take her.
Thanks in advance for your suggestions .

If your daughter is borderline for height requirement, take her to the Park Operations office next to Kiddy Kingdom to have her officially measured. They don't use those candy canes in there. If she's tall enough, they'll give her a wrist band that will make it easier for you at the ride entrances.

48 1/2" without shoes? With a tennis shoe, it will be no problem.
Thanks guys I appreciate the help.I forgot about the official measureing spot. Now can sit back and have fun watching her ride her fist coasters.Cant wait!!!!!
