Well. . .I personally remember when a few years ago there was a big outcry from. . .some ethnic group that was largy vegan, and it was 'discovered' that McDonald's added "beef powder" to their french fries, among other flavorings.
Now I am not saying that there is some ridiculous Cedar Point French Fry Ingredient Conspiracy; however, it's not impossible that there could be seasonings of a nature that make CP fries distinctly CP.

Coasta, that was truly classic ownage.
I was up your way this summer, for the World Cup of Hockey in September. Great Arena, Great Mall and a Great Park. Valleyfair has a lot of fun rides. I must say that downtown St. Paul is a great place, felt safe even at night, unlike downtown Detroit which can get, well, scary.
Anyway, I digress.

Greetings from the future. I have come back in time from the year 2022. In all this time 18-20 years, There have been a LOT of people that have come and gone working at Cedar Point over those years. I am SURE some of the people that are no longer there, that do not have to worry about losing their jobs are on this very forum. You can now safely post how you made them. That is of course, for those of you young enough to remember!! LOL
On a sad note.... Back on page 1, Wings51 commented on the post. He did indeed work at the point for a couple seasons back in the 80s or 90s. I worked with him for a couple of years at a computer company and we went to the park after work many times. Sadly Craig passed away a few years back. His health was really, really bad. He was in a nursing home before he passed. He was 47. He passed on June 4th, 2016.
He told me the secrets, and no, he did not kill me like he said in the post. :) I am in my mid 50s now, so I do not remember everything, but he did say they were fried twice. I do remember that much.
I couldve SWORN I watched a Cedar Point documentary like 20 years ago that had a large segment dedicated to the fries and how theyre specifically made.
