Cedar Point DVD

Has anybody here seen the video from Coaster.net, Digital Delirium Cedar Point? There are a couple listed on ebay for 9.99. The description says it is an hour long. I was just wondering if it was worth the money?

You should buy it and just find out for yourself I would

I probably am going to buy it I just wanted to know if anybody had seen it yet, and had a review of the content. I don't want to get a "Raptor on ride DVD" that totally stinks.

I'm guessing these are clips of what's on the disc:

Why would anybody pay for that kind of DVD is beyond me, to be honest?

Does he put a $100 in the DVD case? That's the only way I'm paying 9.95 for someone else's home video.

Ok, how I make a thread like this, and it gets closed within 5 min? Yet this one has been open almost a day?

Yes, I know the person who made this. He has also published a book about parks all around the country. Yes, those are the official teasers that he released. I have not personally purchased it, but I may in the near future. If I ever do buy it, I will be sure to shoot anyone interested a pm about it, as a thread about it would prolly get shot down quickly.

There's a difference between someone asking about the quality of a DVD and someone blatantly advertising it.

I was just wondering aboutt the quality. I have seen the clips on Youtube, thanks Brian. But as for why somebody would purchase a video like this is simple.... I LOVE Cedar POINT. I have already purchased some from people. Nobosy looks at the park the same. It gives different views of the park. And it helps on cold snowy days to watch Millennium or Raptor, to know that in a couple of months you will be there.

That seems to be bordering on un-healthy obsession.

Now if I could only get you guys to pay me by the post I could quit my job and become a full time PointBuzzer.

I'll personally pay you one millionth of a penny per post, rounded down to the nearest penny.

On second thought, it would only encourage you. ;)

And I need about as much encouragement to post as Tribbles do to multiply.

Back on subject, I was dumb enough to buy that dvd. I
didn't see the clips on coasternet and thought I'd give
it a try. Yes, it's as big a waste of money as everyone
thinks. It's horrible. Nothing but a home video of some
kids' trip to CP. They act like idiots and you can't
understand anything they say. Save your cash.
