Cedar Point coasters on Travel Channel? When?

Does anybody have any idea when the Travel Channel will have their new top coasters show on? I know Cedar Point coasters will be in that list. Maybe, they'll even mention about TTD too. I know it probably won't be on for a while, but, I thought I'd ask. I thought that people who belong to those coaster clubs might know.
Usually in May..

The new shows usually run over Memorial Day weekend. Watch the boards when the time draws near. Someone usually posts when they are going to be on or check Discovery Channel's website in may.

Thanks for the info. I always forget when it's on & actually missed it last year. Good thing for re-runs.
Don't forget that every wednesday night they have the top ten show. Actually it just ended 20 minutes ago but I didn't watch it.

I'm looking foward to the SFMM reality show. I'm not kiddding.
Usually In May, alough if you missed last's show it wasn't as good as the past years. I am sorry to say but the SOB shouldn't have been #2! With all do respect the ride is OK at best, I just felt that something else could have been in place of it.

That is going to be worse than "The Bachelor", "Celebrity Mole", and the XFL combined.

I do not believe this.

I get home from work... wonder what I'm going to watch... I see this post at 7:03... I go to turn on the Travel Channel... I go, "Gee, what channel is that?" And I look at my lineup card, and they pulled it during the last channel shuffle.

That's twice now.... they don't have the Travel Channel, and they don't have TechTV. But they have 3 C-SPAN channels, like I need 3.

$107 a month with all the HBO and etc. stuff, and no Travel Channel... Damn you Comcast!!!!!!

You have to watch the listings of the Travel Channel very closely. You never know when something of particular interest to coaster and park enthusiasts will be on.
I love the Travel Channel. They usually have something nice on to help you "get away" from you winter doldrums

Funny you should say that Bert.... we're on the same cable lineup... Comcast Lake Orion (well, it's really the Royal Oak lineup, but they use it here). Ever been to the tech bench at Best Buy Auburn Hills? (If yes, I hope it was a positive experience!) Please don't come and kill me. lol.

My parents have C-Band... if I was desparate enough, I would have called them to record it for me, but I shall live. Who needs it on TV when all I have to do is close my eyes and relive the fun, any time I want? (Oh, hell, who'm I kidding... AAHHH!!! lol... but at least I have the vids on the PC.)

I did enjoy the Discovery Channel special on CP that one time... people looked at that Millennium Force line at 3.5 hours and asked, "Who in their right mind would wait that long?" I would reply, "I've waited 6... do you think I'm crazy?"

They'd then answer, "Yes." lol.

This is my first reply to a thread so I don't know if this has already been mentioned in another thread, but you can actually order videos from the various channels. I have a copy of that Discovery Channel special entitled "World's Largest Amusement Park". My kids love it and it helps to get us through the dullness of winter. Of course, we have the other three CP videos too ("The Roller Coasters of Cedar Point", "Raptor", and "A Summertime Tradition").

For those of you that didn't realize this... MagnumDan is featured on the Discovery Channel special. He was at 1,235 rides then. That was probably an old thread too. I love this website! Glad I found it!
