will someone please tell me what the CP Cabins are that are for sale on EBay all the time?
What are they?
Where did they come from?

Nothing at all apparently to do with the park. A little web research when I saw that you didn't have an answer revealed that there's a company called "Department 56" that specializes in collectible miniatures and figurines. The Cedar Point Cabin in question can be seen here.
