Cedar Point Book/website Historical Inaccuracies

In doing some recent Cedar Point research, I'm finding multiple "dates listed as fact" inaccurate dates for ride introductions/and demise dates. At least 10 so far.
A recent one that stands out that I've found is stated on p.182 in the David Francis book "The Queen of American Watering Places" listing the introduction of the Sealand Aquarium (by the beach) as 1970 when in fact it was introduced 3 years previous in 1967 (this site's history section is correct in this). It's also pictured in the 1968 CP brochure!
Did anyone else discover blatant errors like this? Let me know. I found a ton.
Anyhow, I know Walt supported the June,1962 Sky Ride introduction date in the past (I appreciated that and have since found proof of it also in an old newspaper clipping). Can anyone verify/support (with historical documentation)the 1962 introduction dates of the Scamper coaster and also the 1968 Sky Slide? I know the latter is pictured in the 69' brochure. Any help would be appreciated.
