Cedar Fair Website

So I was just on coasterbuzz and one of their forums was about some.. interesting pictures. If you go to the new Cedar Fair website and scroll down, you will see an animated picture of each park. For Cedar Point's, there is a green loop. This may be Raptor but the supports are also blue. So thought that was interesting. Other notable ones are Kings Dominion with an orange and green looking hyper coaster in the background and Worlds of Fun with a green coaster way in the background. Just thought that those were interesting.

What you're seeing is an animated picture of roller coasters that may or may not match coasters at that park, but that do make an attractive website graphic.

I wouldn't put any stock into those pictures. I could see them doing that for one park to hint at a coming attraction, but if three of them show nonexistent coasters, it probably means nothing.

What they did was hand a graphic artist somewhere a stack of shots of rides at each park. They were asked to represent these rides for each place as best they could and fill in the gaps with other amusement park-y stuff. The artist has probably never even visited any of the parks. There are no hints.

Suppose that website gets a whole lot of traffic anyway? I don't know if I'd have ever thought of a reason to look there if it hadn't been brought up on C'Buzz.
