Where is there a skylight one can fall through? The ballroom?

Breakers, Gemini, and the old picnic shelters all have skylights. My guess would be Breakers though.

Somewhere I saw the worker was removing insulating material from the roof and fell 13' through the skylight. That sounds like converting the winter ride shop back into the old picnic shelter. Also the distance is about right.

So, how does this all work, exactly? It's the park's fault if a worker walks over a skylight and falls through? (and no, I'm not being sarcastic).

Promoter of fog.

Well its not like you can sue gravity. Someone has to be at fault in this day and age. Who'd thought that skylights should be avoided while on the roof?

You boneheads need to learn how to roll up the extension cord for the fluggegecheimen when you're done with it!

Maybe he fell through the whole that everyone demanded to be made.

The park should have had railings around the skylight while work was being performed on that roof. Just because someone fell through does not mean that person simply walked over it knowing it was there. In the case of the picnic shelters, those "skylights" look almost like the roof itself depending on which section you are on. Its very easy to walk right onto one of those. Bottom line, the park (or any company for that matter) is suppose to do everything they can to make sure everyone is safe and aware of fall hazards from heights.
