I was just wondering that when you get a catering job, is that considered part of Cedar point? or is it another department outside the park? My friend who said she wasn't getting a job at the park and ended up getting one anyway said she got hired for catering (and it was pretty darn fast, by the way).
Catering is part of the food service division. While the catering division mainly works in the commissary, Coral Courtyard, Coral Dining Room and Point Pavilion, they also do events in the hotels and other special venues as required. As a catering host, you are still a Cedar Point employee and have full access to all of the benefits that every other Cedar Point employee has.
