Can anyone point me in the direction of a good tour plan?

Sunday will be our first visit with our boys. We are locals, just visiting for the day, but have done Disney, Universal, etc and like to have a plan to minimize wait times. We will not have early entry or fast lane. Everyone is a coaster fan, so the more we can get done, the better! Thanks.

Without fast lane or early entry, you will be waiting longer than you might be used to. If you can go during the week or a later weekend, the lines will probably be shorter. If it were me, I would park at the Soak City lot and enter at the Resort Gate (arriving well before opening to be near the front of the line), going straight to the Maverick in Frontiertown and work my way clockwise through the park. Ride everything you want in an area and move on to the next. The back of the park is typically less crowded in the morning. Personally, in that area I would ride Maverick and Skyhawk and move on. If you want to do all coasters, Mean Streak and Cedar Creek Mine Ride are there.

As you go around, you'll see the coasters in this order: Gemini, Magnum, Dragster, Corkscrew, from there, I'd go Iron Dragon, Rougarou, Millennium Force and then double back towards the front for Blue Streak, Raptor, Gatekeeper and Wicked Twisted. The front of the park is usually less crowded as the day goes on. Again, ride other rides you wish as you go, don't waste time going back and forth in search of short lines. The park also tends to get less crowded as the evening wears on so it might make sense to take a break and enjoy the beach if the lines are getting ridiculously long before returning later in the day.

In addition to the above--PLAN ON STAYING LATE. Crowds really die out after 6:30-7pm. Plus the park looks better after dark. (Unless the power goes out ;))
