Can anyone Date this brochure?

I purchaced this Brochure on eBay and it has one of those ink date stamps on it stating August 30th, 1935. But anyone could have put that on there. I was wondering if anyone could confirm by anyother detail what year it was.

I bet that was marked as the date when the brochure was received, so it could very well be for 1935. It's certainly between 1929 and 1935 because of Cyclone.
