I have in the past, but now prefer a cabin or cottage at Lighthouse Point, which is really within Camper Village.

My wife and I camp, but as there is no longer tent camping at the point (i miss those days), we go to East Harbor State Park. Its very close...has some nice remote sites...and its pretty cheap!
We stayed during Halloweekends last Oct. and had a great time.Site was right across street from Meanstreak. Full hookup. Walked to the Soak City entrance and came back to site for dinner. Real nice leaving the park late and being home in 5 minutes. No bikes, skates, or campfires allowed. Great for 1-2 day stay. East Harbor also a great beach and park.

Cedar Point - An adventure waiting for everyone.
I camped there last August for a couple nights for the first time. Its nice to walk back and forth while in the park. Our campsite was by Magnum ..I miss the sounds it makes echoing through the campground
