Bullseye Signs?

Anybody notice the Bullseye signs along Rt. 6 and Rt. 250? They've been there for years, and I have know idea what the heck they are. There is no writing on them or pictures. Just a plain old bullseye along side the road. I haven't been down Rt. 250 in a long time, so I'm not sure if those are still there, but I saw the ones on Rt. 6 yesterday. There is one close to Barnes nursery between CP and Huron. I'm sure that nobody is practicing archery on the side of the highway, so do any of you know what these signs might be for?

Hart Advertising - they do outdoor advertising, billboards and such.

By the way, out of curiosity I went to Hart's website. When the page loaded, my McAfee detected a Trojan from their site. I don't know anything about Viruses and Trojans. I hope my computer is ok.

You'll see a small bullseye on many of Hart's billboards as well.
