I have all of that done. I have one. I'm kind of curious on what program you use to get the animation of them.
I had that one, but it was made by someone who wanted credit for it. I don't blame them, but I took it down for this awesome one.

All you need is a recent Photoshop program and Imageready to make an avatar or sig that changes pictures.
