It's a buffet. I enjoyed it when I stayed at Sandcastle last summer.

Thanks everyone for your replies. Looking forward to staying at Sandcastle Suites this year. Have done Breakers Express once and Hotel Breakers for about the last 5 years. They have some pretty good hotel specials if you book before June 22.

Stayed at Campers Village and walked over to Breakwater for breakfast buffet. Great price and nice variety of food. Outside seating available if you get there early. We loved it.

Since CP seems to like franchise restaurants, wouldn't Breakwater be a great place for a Jimmy Buffet Margaritaville?
I'd rather be in my boat with a drink on the rocks,
than in the drink with a boat on the rocks.
Not a bad idea. They would have to make that bar bigger, I believe it only seats like five or six.

Margaritaville would be great. That would bring a fun atmosphere out by lake and add some much needed adult entertainment in the evenings. We stay in Camper Village 6-7 times per year and the evening entertainment leaves a lot to be desired (like there isnt any). Universal's City Walk has it down and is a great place to spend time and drop some $$ after the park closes.

That is a great idea. I always imagined how cool it would be if there was a strip of shops like Downtown Disney.
I'm not sure I would be looking for a lot of shops like Downtown Disney. I would rather see some restaurants/pub's like a Margaritaville, Hard Rock Cafe, Pat O'Brien's (one of my favorites) and Rainforest Cafe(great for families). I just see this fitting into Matt Ouimet's vision of trying to get people to stay later and turning those people into overnight guests.
I hate to think how much money I have left at Pat O'Brien's and Margaritaville at Universal's City Walk. But honestly, I dont really care because we had a great time and came back for more.
