How many people think the breakers express should
have a food court for lunch and dinner? I think this
is a great idea. The value resorts at disney have a
food court.
Breakers express is more for the peeps that are in the park all day and just go there to sleep. Since your already out of the park most people will just go to macdonalds or the other 4 or 5 restaruants that are right there. *** Edited 11/9/2006 5:40:01 PM UTC by JTaylor***
Yeah, they'll just walk across the street (well, most likely drive) to McDonalds since its a chain and everyone LOVES chains. They wouldn't trust their money on a food court in Breakers Express unless it was made up of chains. :)
Seriously though, does BE even have breakfast? I checked on the resorts.cedarpoint.com site and I didn't see a mention of it. If they don't have anything for dining, they should have at least something. Even one little "deli" type place that serves food all day.
Disney Resorts house their guest much longer than Breakers Express or any other CP resort does. 5 days is the usual length of a Disney trip. CP is 1 or 2. The prices don't quite match up well either. Anyway, people stay at Breakers Express for the price, location, early admission, and for a place to sleep instead of driving home. Last I checked people ate lunch and dinner in the park. Sometimes I might stop for a snack, but I don't look for dinner after 11pm.
Continental breakfast is a much better and cheap way to make this a little better. I know I passed on Breakers Express a few times due to this option at Comfort Suites.

When I stayed at BE (which was nice) the continental breakfast was "OK"....though I found it upsetting to have to pay....even with the coupons that came with our room package. But I agree with Magnum Lantz, a small food court would be nice.
