Breakers Express

Hey all,

I saw the topic on the Breakers Hotel and was wondering if anyone has any info on the Breakers Express hotel? I am staying there from May 15th-18th, the price was much more condusive to me since I am going alone.
I know it's not within walking distance to that park, which doesn't bother me. But does anyone know how far a drive it actually is? I know they don't have a shuttle bus. Oh.. and how much is parking? (I hope I don't have to pay for it since I am staying at a CP hotel....)

The drive is less the three mins. if there is no traffic. Parking is 7 dollars(I think).

CP doesn't have a shuttle from Breakers Express!? I thought they did. The least they could do if they don't is comp the parking I would think. Who knows though... :)

No, there is no shuttle and there wasn't one last year. You will have to pay for parking when you go to the park.
Chuckers, if you're going alone you might think of getting a room with a single bed in the older part of Breakers. I'm not sure if any with 1 Queen would be available (they are usually converted into employee housing) but there would definitely be King's available.

Thanks CP.. I looked at the prices for the Breakers and it's over $20 more per night. It's not worth saving the $7 dollars in parking. Plus, from reading this board, I noticed that if I bring my parking ticket into the park, I can get $6 back at certain restaurants, so in effect, $1 for parking isn't bad at all :)
