I think I'm sitting this one out on account of a tight budget. I'll be there for closing day though, that's for sure.

I also hate to do this, but Its my moms birthday and my sister an I decided to do something special for her on Saturday. Bummer, though I will be there closing weekend .

Count me out too. I'll see everyone on closing weekend.
