that's why i'm wearing gloves on Friday night...

October: servo's ultimate ELEVATION! U2 and MF two days apart!
Did it last year when 33 degrees out and light freezing rain. It was still awesome. I think Servo's idea of gloves is a good idea for cold night riding. It may still mean face freeze, but not bad. However, this weekend no cold weather to worry about even at night. Low's in the 50's or above. Not bad for riding Millie at night.
The most awesome thing in the world would be to ride MF while it's snowing with a heavy coat, cap, and a ski mask. Flying through the snow...

That would be very painful, IMO. But then again... heavy coat, ski mask, all you need is ski goggles to keep from going blind.

Was that the weekend of Oct 15-16 2000?  Ahh yes... I remember.  Really empty park, really cold.  That was good.  Honestly, I think that MF is better in the cold.  Adds to the "gee, I'm stupid, why am I riding this" factor.

Millie.  Dark. Cold. Rain.  Back seats.

WOO HOOOOOOOOOOOO!

'Nuf sed.

Don't be a coolguy like me and  forget to wear gloves! my hands were numb and red but I still kept them up high the following laps! I was trying to keep them in my coat the whole time for warmth but I wasen't too sucessful LOL. The wind kinda stings on your face and the snow isn't as bad as the rain but its a great ride!
I had ski goggles, a fleece, a winter jacket, and heavy gloves on Saturday and I was just fine :)

Steuks!!
VertiGo flights: 4
MF: 28
My outfit on Saturday consisted of jeans with Adidas pants over them, t-shirt, long sleeved shirt, hooded sweatshirt, and a winter jacket.  Gloves would have been nice, but I just played pocket pool all day.  I also probably looked like I weighed 300 pounds, but I wasn't cold! :)

The last night was cold, but Monsoon Mania was brutal with the cold cold rain and repeatedly walking on and on and on......my hands were so cold i could barely undo my seatbelt...great memories though
I currently have wind burn on my face from riding MF and Magnum 40+ times this weekend. My forehead hurts and my skin is peeling.

Ahhh, Monsoon Mania was also good. 60 laps, 40 with my head down and bundled up. :)
