Hello! We are celebrating my son's 8th birthday at the park this weekend. We have passes and he decided in lieu of a party, he'd rather take a buddy to Cedar Point for the day. Can anyone recommend a special treat or way to celebrate his day? Is there anywhere in the park that offers cake, cupcakes, etc? It would be nice to sing to him at some point during the day and make him feel special :)
Thanks!
As long as you are going to serve it in a timely manner, we have seen people coordinate with the park bringing in one of their Dairy Queen ice cream cakes (located just outside the park before the causeway). You would just need to try and prearrange it with them, so they give you access to bring it in without any issues.

I think Famous Dave's does something for a birthday also. I'm almost positive that I've been there when the wait staff brought desert and sang Happy Birthday to someone.
I'd rather be in my boat with a drink on the rocks,
than in the drink with a boat on the rocks.
Thank you to everyone for your ideas. I was pleasantly surprised to hear back from Cedar Point regarding the question and I thought I'd share their response here, pretty cool!!!
1. If it is a child’s birthday you can make arrangements for the characters at the Camp Snoopy show area to acknowledge the child’s birthday. Unfortunately, they will not be able to sing Happy Birthday. You may call our Live Entertainment office at 419-627-2388 in advance to make arrangements. If you do not make your arrangements before your visit, you can speak to one of the employees accompanying the characters before the show starts. They will have coloring pages and stickers available for the birthday child.
2. If you eat at Johnny Rockets, the staff will sing “Happy Birthday” to the guest.
