Since concession stand service was mentioned in the "Changes" thread, I thought I'd ask this question.
Which concession stand has the best service and which has the worst service?
This does not include sit down restaurants. Maybe that can be another tread.
For me the best service is at the Corral on the Main Midway. While not extremely fast it seems to be better than the rest.
Worst service goes to the Roundup back by where WWL used to be. It takes forever to get a hot dog (or anything) at this place. Mr. Potato comes in a close second. Saturday they had all the registers open but, half of them didn't have a cashier. I moved to three different windows before I got to order.
I was very impressed by the funnel cake place across from CCMR. Although it did take a while to get food, there were a lot of people in line and the people were hurrying to make it. I've never really had a bad concession stand experience at CP. GL is another matter...
Thrills Around the Corner!
I'd have to put the Gourmet Pretzel place on the main midway (by Scrambler) on the "Best" list.
Goodbye MrScott
John
The pretzel place back by magnum is Awesome.. cause it has the filled pretzels with like cheese or pizza, or cream cheese.
The Sandbar at the Sandcastle hotel was great. The man from Colorado who works there provides outstanding customer service.
I'd rather be in my boat with a drink on the rocks,
than in the drink with a boat on the rocks.
Corn Dog place on the main midway (I can't remember the name) - it's a ritual to hit that place at least twice while there!
Nothing like CP french fries I miss em right now. Haven't eaten one in 3 years.
New Season of 'The Office'. TONIGHT!!!
I have always had great experiences at CP foodservice - with the exception of The Roundup. There seems to be a complete lacking in Customer Service and Work Ethic. Other than that, I love the friendly smiles from the Food Hosts at CP!
Dead Men Tell No Tales
I always had a great time at Frontier Inn and Los Gatos. Worst has to be Roundup.
RIP MR.SCOTT The ONLY MAYOR OF LIGHTHOUSE
Yeah the Round Up is bad.
Sadly we always eat there, somehow it became a tradition. Round up for lunch and Midway Market for dinner.

101 on Magnum and counting...
I will always love Coasters, but Stockade Refreshments has the slowest elephant ear service ever.
We'll miss you MrScott and Pete
Stockade Refreshments has the slowest everything...

Dragons Inn= SLOW
but the food is delicious
I think happy friar had fast servicem which is all that really matters to me
CP food all tastes good..especially those french fries :)
I have not had any outstanding food experiences at CP until the beginning of this year when I went. I ate a very tasty burger with Pineapple on it at what used to be Hofbrau. I can't think of the name it now, but it's the very first place on teh left when you enter the park. The service was exceptable and the burger was delicious, but a little pricey. Cotton candy at a quarter is always nice too.
I've always received good service, but not always good food. I'm just happy to see (and taste) something that is good rather than the nasty chicken patties and nasty fries I got last year. And, I'm upset that I didn't realize that the park had tacos! I'll have to chek them out next time. Where is Los Gatos at? I saw they are in Frontier
