Best Route Possible?!?

Hey all, i'm going to cedar point tomorrow w/ my g/f. I was wondering what the best way to go to the park from new castle, pa 16105. I have been here many times b/f but this will be the first time i'll be driving by myself and was wondering if the way mapquest has me going (i-80 w then oh-2 etc.) is the best way. Any input would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I'd go with what Mapquest told you. Take the turnpike to Rt. 2, then take rt 2 to the Rt 6 exit and take a right. At the traffic light turn left (Rt 6/Cleveland Avenue) and follow it till you get to the causeway.

You could take Rt 2 to the US 250, but IMHO the traffic you'll run into will suck too much- there's also like a million traffic lights.

Another option would be to take the turnpike to US 250, directly... but that takes hella long to get from the Tpk to the park.
