Best place for a sweatshirt?

I know quite well that all shops are not created equal at CP, so without having to stop into every shop in the place (I'm a guy, spending half my day at CP in stores is not my idea of a good time) any suggestions on somewhere to buy a decent hoodie for a (relatively) good price?

Pagoda Gift Shop and Park Plaza are good bets.

I agree Walt. Park Plaza is in the front of the park near Demon Drop and has a huge selection of apparel for the coaster geek. ;) The hoodies are priced at $29.99 for the thinner ones and $39.99 for the thicker ones.

Those prices are a steal compared to Disneyland where a thin one is $40 and at thick one is $60.

I would say the best place for a sweatshirt is on your upper body, to be quite honest.

Oh, the best place to buy one?

Probably Pagoda or Park Plaza right inside the main gate.

If you're looking for a jacket insted, Park Plaza has the best selection of those.

I completely agree. Pagoda and Park Plaza are your best bets.

As a tip, get them when you see them. I purchased an awesome hoodie last year in early June, and by the begining of July they were sold out, and never restocked... and they were $55.

I'd recommend the Pagoda gift shop, like others are saying. The Top Thrill store has some good ones too, and we found this tiny store in the back last year (by Mean Streak-ish, really tucked out of the way) that everything was like 65% off for some reason. The signs looked somewhat permanent, but I haven't been able to find the store again.

That'd be Discount Depot.... the name says it all.

I got a sweatshirt last year at the store by TTD. I made sure it was the biggest one I could get because the year before I got a large and it doesn't come close to fitting me any more. I don't know why but it seams that there are not a lot of large sized sweatshirts at CP.(to me at least)

You can get most all sweatshirts up to 2XL. Same with shirts and jackets too. If you don't see the size, just ask. Good chance they have one in back. They don't always put out a lot of bigger sizes, so if one of them is bought, they might not restock right away.

My sweatshirt from the TTD store is a 2XL and I knew it fit when I got it but now it seams to have gotten short on me. It is still wide enough though, weird. I like to wear my shirts and sweatshirts long (I'm tall) so if this sweatshirt did not say CP on it I would probably get rid of this one too.

Great, thanks everyone for the pointers. I'm a pretty big guy so I'll have to make sure to try on before buying. :)

You might also want to get it a little bit big. It seems like a lot of them shrink when if you run them through the dryer.
