I'm reasonably certain that one's been around for a while.

They have made the 2002 plan I'm certain before the installation of the beach cam.
I think it will be the cam were watching off season.

It has been around for a while (I check the site daily just in case), but I do agree if anything is going to be built there, we'll see it.
