Battery Park?

Okay, this may seem dumb.. but what is Battery Park? I keep seeing posts where people keep talking about it, but i can never seen to figure out what it is..

To get there from Cedar Point go down the causeway, make a right on first st. Take that down to the first light and make a right. It's on the right. It's across the bay basically from CP.

It's where everyone goes to take their batteries for a walk. ;)

If you wanted to be a jerk, you could always say that its one of the most famous parks in NYC ;)

Hey Ben, just by pure coinencedence I was watching a special on the History channel and they mentioned Battery Park in New York. I never knew that land was created with the excavated material from when the Twin Towers were originaly built. Pretty cool.

Actually I didn't know that either. I just knew it existed. And wanted to be an ass. :)

Battery Park Marina (CP Fanatic's link) is next to Battery Park, by Damon's Restaurant. Battery Park itself is a public park that can be enjoyed by all, it has nothing to do with Battery Park Marina.
