background check

Hi I suppose to be processing in on August 14 but my background check haven't came back yet an I'm in detroit do you know how long it take? And I will be working in housekeeping at lighthouse do you work good hrs and is pay good? Do you get tips? Do they give you your drug test when you first get there? Which housing is the best?

Here's a good tip.

If you've accepted a job where you know they will give you a drug test, exercise some self control and don't smoke pot for a couple weeks before hand.

1. Grammar is awesome, I suggest using it.

2. Background checks can take awhile, depending on your history, ect.

3. Didn't work there, it's CP, you'll probably get hours

4. Again not sure.

5. Practically every job drug tests, you shouldn't be worried about this, if you are I suggest you stay away from this employment, as they also do random tests as well.

Interestingly enough almost every lousy job I ever had drug tested me but when I got hired by a school system they didn't. I guess doing that after the state and FBI background checks and full finger printing would have been overkill.

Background checks generally take around 10 days, but I've heard of them taking longer on occasion. It's done by a third party company, so I guess it's really all up to them.
