Was anyone waiting in line for MF at around 7:30 till park closing on august 8, 2005???

Does anyone know what was going wrong in the station that they kept taking the trains off the track and putting them on the storage tracks???

Why was it moving so slow after they finally put the trains back on the track, was it because they had to do test runs??? Can anyone clarrify

I was there and didn't notice anything unusual. I didn't get in line for MF until about 9:30 though.

Ya that was right when i got onto the train, it started moving again right around that time but i left the park right after that.

I had already processed out by then, but transferring trains on and off is not something unusual. They will always cycle the train before the transfer with no people on it because when they transfer, the empty train will sit in the holding area, and therefore it will not irritate 36 people. Of course, when test riding in the morning, it doesn't matter if I sit in the train in the holding brakes during the transfer. I just get upset when the train stops on the lift and I'm halfway in the unload station for another 20 minutes!

OK, I'm gonna go totally off topic...so no one read this post haha.

Josh, I worked on millennium force during opening weekend for 3 days. After that I was sent there for the second half of a day (like 4:00-C) in the beginning of July and I've never seen you. Anyways, when did you start and why did you process out? I started there on May first and my last day of work was July 16th with the next two days off and then I decided to process out next tuesday. In short, I just couldn't deal with the stress of Ride Ops anymore. I REALLY miss all the friends and great people I met there, but that's about it..

so this is a very often thing that happens to transfer trains off the track then, why ??

MF&WTer, I started working on Millennium Force on July 4th, and then I processed out Auguest 8th. What's your name? It's possible that we may have run itno each other from time to time.

My Name is Scott, but i dont work at Cedar Point. I just love to go there all the time. I have been there 3 times so far and at least one more for sure Sept 23 weekend. will you be working on MF at that time???
