It's that time now, if you would like to be part of the most elite workers in the greatest amusement park in the world, it's time to apply. Go to jobs.cedarpoint.com and fill out an application. When it asks for a job code, enter the number 613. And after you have done this, send an email to [contact info removed -J]. we're looking for high energy people with a passion to scare the crap out of the guests. And all we ask is that you are 18 years of age.

You get free housing! Flexible schedule, and you get the chance to ride the rides before the guests do and even get to get in the lines before the public! Working Fridays and Saturdays September 12-November 1 and Sunday October 12. We have a dress reherseal on September 11. The work hours are 4pm-midnight.

To all that are going to apply, we thank you and hope to see you out with us this fall, as we make the best seasonal show even better! Any questions feel free to ask them, and me, Chris, or any other Screamsters on here will gladly answer them for you to our best.

Zeek, are you a full time employee at the park now? You gave the impression that you are involved in the hiring process this year, and I guess I'm just concerned that you gave out Peggy's email (which is not public as far as I know), as well as saying that the Screamsters are the "most elite" workers at the park. I feel like that kind of puts down the other several thousand seasonal employees who will have been working all summer to keep the park running, don't you think?

Now perhaps the park has asked you to release this info, and if so, I apologize. It just kind of struck me as funny. I wish I could work weekends at the park this fall, but the 6 hour round trip drive would really start to get to me :)

Anything is public, you can call the park and ask for any of the numbers ot get ahold of anyone or emails. It's on there because I don't think anyone is just going to start emailing people that work in the park just for fun, this is a serious thread. And the elite workers is a way to get people that do read it and feel interested can help sway them and make them see they'r apart of something special. It's knocking on any of the workers there, trust me, I've done time doing the summer grind and it's tough. And the 6 hour round trip, I mean when you're not doing Screamsters you can have another job in the park, so you can work the weekend so it would be somewhat worth it, and it is free housing which is very nice.

I understand why you said what you said... just thought it was a little on edge. But maybe I'm just too cautious :)

Hope you guys have a great Halloweekends! I will be there as a guest again this year, but have yet to be scared by much of anything there (except for one incident in Lair of the Vampire).

Yes, thats a challenge ;)

You don't speak on the park's behalf, and if you want to work there, you should avoid publishing contact information online. You're not marketing, and you're not human resources.
