After years of visits to CP and being used to 1+ hour lines, I was shocked that you could walk on the coasters at Busch Gardens Williamsburg or Kennywood. I think folks in the North Coast are just more into thrill rides.

Worst lines ever, excluding TTD? DisneyWorld during Spring Break 20 years ago. As we're driving in at 11:00, the radio station annouces that they are looking to close the Magic Kingdom admissions at noon due to record crowds. Where we parked we had to take a bus to the Monorail station. Space Mountain was 2+ hours, and during the parade you literally could not move more than 6 inches in any direction. Total rides all day: 8.

I believe the highest day on record at the Magic Kingdom is in the neighborhood of 90,000...and I was there.

The hightest recorded attendance at CP, to my knowledge, was in 1994, Raptor year. I want to say somewhere between 50K and 60K.

I'm glad I wasn't one of those poor souls back in '94.
