the way it worked the day i was there, the tickets were being given out instead of letting people in line way before 11, so i suppose it is about empty right before 11, but since i had a 1-2 ticket, i didnt really notice,anyway,if you get in line before tickets,youll get to ride unless weather/mechanical closing causes you to leave line as far as i know(just like closing time)
