Around a 42" waist, will I be ok this year?

I'm going later this week. I have around a 42" waist give or take an inch. That's about where I was last year and I got on every ride just fine except for the Dragster, which was a tight fit but I got on with a little help, and the Wicked Twister, which again was tight (but I'm not a big fan of it anyway). A year or two ago, TTD was an easy fit but MF was tight.

So does anybody know how the seatbelts are this year? Thanks!

Sounds like we are about the same size, so I will let you know how it was for me. I tried the test seat for wicked twister and last year I was an inch for being able to buckle and after trying the test seat I was over 4 or 5 inches from being able to buckle. I have been watching my weight this winter and know I didn't get that much bigger.
As for Dragster it looks like there are new seat belts (at least on the test seat) and I have always been a tight squeeze and was able to get in the test seat. The force wasnt running and I didnt try the test seat, but the test seat had the same seatbelts as last year and I have never had a problem with them. Same goes for Raptor.

GO IRISH!!

I weight 225lb.. I have a 42" waist. I got into MF just fine, with about an inch of belt to spare on opening day.

Mantis, two years ago when I was getting into 235lb range, would only get 1 click, and my son had to get the harness squished into me on Wicked twister.

This year, Mantis had 3 clicks on its own, and Wicked Twister I had no problem fitting in. Again I weigh 225 lbs. with a 42 inch waist and I am 5 ft 11 inches tall. (with a belly)

GATEKEEPER-I came, I rode, I was mildly disappointed; until a second ride (rear left) put GateKeeper back on the...it's a nice ride list.

Cool thanks guys.

Any other bigger people know what the belts are like this year, especially on MF and TTD?

Not many people got to ride millennium or TTD this year yet, LMFAO slight down time so far :D I grabbed a test seat for MF and seemed to be tight but ok. I'm 260, 5'9" and a 42" waist. TTD has always been a tight squeeze, even worse this year. It's a pinch, but you may get lucky with a ride op that will help push :D

Yeah I needed help onthe Dragster last year. I hope those rides will be running when I go though!

I'm not positive, but I think the test seats outside are a little smaller than what they are on the actual ride. My dad didn't fit in the test seat outside on Millenium. He still waited in line with me and when we got to the ride he thought he would give it a second try and he fit in with about an inch to spare.

They were running fine when I went, it was windier than all holy hell though! Hope you have a blast! I still can't fit on Wicked twister..... Maybe by halloweekends : (

I'm 6'1" with a 40 inch waist and thankfully don't have any big problems. My shoulders and chest are bigger, so Wicked Twister is practically a no-go (my friend had to smash the harness pretty good for me in order to get the belt clicked) and Raptor is a tight fit. MF was fine for me on opening day, didn't seem any different than it was in the fall. I had about an inch to spare on the belt. Dragster's test seat seemed the same as last year, just slightly shorter than MF's belt. I didn't actually ride though, so I can't say anything definitive there.
