It might be considered copyrighted by Cedar Fair, but one thing anyone will learn if you ever deal with intellectual property rights is that when the internet is involved the Courts have no idea how to rule. Since that picture is from a website off of an internet webcam, they can probably get away with using it. Cedar Fair wont waste the money to bring a law suite against them. Escpecially when a lot of the Supreme Court judges view the internet as public domain.
