Are we losing a ride?

Yes Dodgem I is across from Magnum, and it's called Dodgem I even though it is newer than Dodgem II. Dodgem I was originally next to the Centennial Theater, in the approximate location of the photo both in the Midway Market building. It was an old fashioned Dodgem track with Lusse cars and a center divider. Dodgem II was added in 1970 as part of the Million Dollar Midway. Sometime in the late 70's the original Dodgem I was removed and the building was turned into the Rental Center, and the present Dodgem II was built. The original Dodgem I building was razed to make room for Midway Market, and the Rental Center moved to it's present location.
