Are the 2001 Season/Parking Passes Refundable?

Does anyone know if the 2001 season passes and parking pass is refundable? And if so how??

I think the answer is yes with certain limitations; the details should be spelled out on the certificate.

Now that I am home...
The pass certificates say on them that they are NOT REDEEMABLE FOR CASH in about a dozen different places, but they also say that unredeemed certificates are refundable through the mail through 10/01/2001. I suggest you call the Season Pass office and plan on mailing the certificate(s) in.
