Anyone else think they've gotten lame? I don't mean cost too many points lame I mean just not a whole lot of interesting stuff. I remember in the past my kids got coaster key chains and other odd stuff that was obviously a Cedar Point souvenir but I haven't seen park merchandise in the arcade in some time. There seems to be a lot of sports related stuff particularly Michigan and Ohio State. Some stupid stuff...who chooses a dull set of dishes as a prize at an arcade? Put pictures of roller coasters on them and maybe you'll have a winner but otherwise what are they thinking? My kids used to have trouble choosing because they just couldn't decide what they wanted more. Now they have trouble finding things that interest them. There are coffee mugs I get that but they're all sports teams. How about a Cedar Point mug? Or a mug from Snoopy Boutique? Snoopy pens and pencils for the smaller point amounts? I didn't do an in depth study but judging by what we got for our tickets this year I would value the tickets at somewhere around a penny each so no reason a $1 Snoopy pencil can't be in there for 100-150 points.
totally agree, are you reading this CP.

Or the area of the survey about my most recent visit to the park where I complained about this in the tell us more box for merchandise.
They really should have more CP memorabilia instead of so much sports.
1999: First visit
Halloweekends- Harvest Fear, Tombstone Terror-Tory
Ride Operations- Professor Delbert’s Frontier Fling
I suppose it's possible but that shouldn't stop them from having their own/Peanuts merchandise there also. After all, we know they have licensing rights to that. It just seems like a lot of the stuff is the kind of thing you would see in the clearance aisle of Family Dollar or at a semi permanent vendor at the flea market.
