Appreciation and welcome

Hello everybody, my name is Rob and I just wanted to introduce myself among the hardcore pointers. A little about myself, I'm currently serving in the active duty component of the United States Navy onboard the destroyer USS Momsen which is homeported in Everett, WA. I'm originally from Detroit Michigan so I spent about 20 or so trips throughout the May to October season every season without fail going to Cedar Point. When I first went to Cedar Point, the Iron Dragon was the new sheriff in town. Anyway I was a pretty active member of Guide To The Point back when this site was named that so I see a lot of new faces. The biggest thing I want to say is thank you. Throughout my last deloyment to the middle east I followed PointBuzz regularly and your comments and discussions made a far away sailor feel more at home and kept me in anticipation of coming back to Cedar Point. There will be more posts to follow, I just wanted for now to say thanks. You may never know how important it was.
