Why hasn't Cedar Point been nominated for the Applause Award again? Are they not allowed to repeat?

I don't think repeat winners are allowed, at least not now. The nominees for this year's award are Hersheypark, Blackpool Pleasure Beach (England) and Parc Asterix (France).
