Anyone stay at LP Cottages?
Some friends and I are going to stay at LP Cottages from June 27-29. How much of a hassle is it to get to the park from LP? Do they have a shuttle? Is it walking distance? Any info or advice would be appreciated.
It's walking distance. Considering the size of the park itself, it's hardly that far anyway.

Here's the answer to the shuttle question.
If you have small children (say, under 5) it's well worth bringing a wagon or umbrella stroller to cart them to and fro from LP to the entrance. This is partuclarly true for the trip back at the end of the day. We also use them to get from place to place (say, from Kiddy Kingdom to Camp Snoopy), but park them once we are in an area for a while.
If you don't have small kids, it's just a hop, skip, and a jump away. The shuttle is more trouble than it's worth unless you are falling-asleep-on-your-feet tired, (or, with kids, you don't feel like pulling that #%$! wagon anymore.)
