Anyone planning to stay at Castaway Bay

I would like to stay just to ride the Master Blaster. While I am not as big of fan of water parks as I am of regular amusement parks but the Master Blaster looks awesome.

I heard that there might be a third indoor waterpark/resort built in Sandusky with a possibilty of a fourth. It will be interesting to see if they all do well.

Where can I find pics of this "Master Blaster?"

i honestly doubt it. these people are paying more for the hotel resort than the park, so i doubt that the'll let us in free. maybe we'll get like a few free tickets or something.

I doubt if employees will be allowed in to Castaway Bay -- after all, we have all of Soak City, which is bigger anyway, and they'd want to keep us away from the resort area / hotel rooms more. I agree with neo, though, that there may be an employee discount, if that.

I wouldn't stay there myself (I'm not going to be in the vicinity this season anyway), because I'd prefer not having to deal with causeway traffic. Breakers is great, and Soak City and the beach are right there if I'm so inclined.

For those of you who didn't notice yet, now CP is saying that the rates and package prices are going to be available in early february. :(

I don't know if it'll be worth the (probably) expensive rate just to ride the master blaster. I say this because I'm not a huge fan of water parks and would much rather spend my day coastering, and I live less than 15 miles away from the park so that takes away any practical value of getting a room.
