Anyone Here Own any FUN Stock?

I am just wondering if anyone here has or currently owns stock in Cedar Fair. I have been watching it for quite some time and in the past month it's gone up 6 points and in the last 6 months it's gone up almost ten. I wanted to hang myself because I was watching it for a long time then kind of got away from it.

Six flags too. They've doubled in a year. Another one I sat on and now I'm wishing I did something more with it.

Anyone here have any stock in FUN or Six Flags? Do you ever notice any major spikes (good or bad)? My old man keeps telling me to invest in what I know and really one of the few things I pay attention to with any regularity are the amusements parks.

My grandparents own some. I follow it even if I don't understand all the financial stuff completely.

But..if you're buying FUN or SIX as a git rich quick stock, it won't happen. They're slow progress stocks with low trade frequency, meaning sometimes stock prices stay the same for a while. Usually around major financial announcements (quarters, distribution, debt refinancing) the stock sees a largish jump up or down.

Yeah, I hung onto mine through the drama. I'm glad I did too.
