^Not really. I rode Dragster a couple weekends ago and waited an hour and a half. The only delay we had was for them to add a new train on. There have been plenty of other times I have waited over an hour and it hasn't gone down during that time before.
I think Maverick is the coaster I worry about when waiting in line. Dragster has been pretty good in terms of mechanically during my visits this year.
At least twice I've been waiting on the next train for Dragster when it went down. Last time we were on the train and then they asked us to get off and get back in line and started backing everything up. I will wait no longer than 15-20 minutes for that one tops. There's an entire park of rides I could be on instead of standing there hoping the ride gets it's act together.
The worst person I've encountered in the park was the huge woman right in front of me in line at the food stand under sky ride. She ordered a diet coke and the worker apparently gave her regular, which was the 8th Deadly Sin to her. After taking a sip right before walking back she spat it out on the wall of the stand and took the lid off and poured the rest on the concrete while saying "I did NOT order this s**t" And going off on the poor worker for trying to "trick" her.
The most dangerous enemy is the one you don't know you have.
Yes, along with pretty much everywhere else in the country. Along with the three other hemispheres in the world.
That being said, the employees are the most polite and friendly this year I've ever encountered.

Yes I see rude guests quite often. Not going to mention any names, but many of them revolve around certain single riders... with bright neon shirts on... who like to pretend they own the place.
Not to name any names though :)
Are you sure they don't own units of Cedar Fair? Maybe they aren't pretending.
More on topic, rude people can be found everywhere. And normally pleasant people can occasionally be rude. One might not always realize at the time that they are being rude, though many people that are rude don't seem to care, and show little remorse when called out on their rudeness. Some do. The best response to rudeness is often kindness.
A great example of how to deal with a rude guest is the employee's response to this rude guest at Chick-Fil-A:
