The ghost hunter crew was at Kings Island seeing if the paranormal things employees talk about are true, It was a pretty good show. I'm posting to see if anything like this has happened at CP? Like any weird sighting or sounds?
That's cool about Ghost Hunters being at Kings Island. Anyone know if you can watch that episode online somewhere?
I was super disappointed with the episode, especially since it didn't mention anything about Tower Johnny, or Racer Boy. I'm not very surprised that they didn't, with the story behind it, but still. I know that you can get Ghost Hunter's episodes off of iTunes right after they air. You might be able to get it for free from Hulu or SyFi.
As for Cedar Point, as much as I'd LOVE to see someone do a legit ghost hunt there (preferably Ghost Adventures, not Hunters) but I really can't see them being allowed. As for ghost sightings and stories at CP, Muller Horse, Frontier Trail, Hotel Breakers, the Ballroom, among others. =P

Not saying it wasn't obvious before, but you could totaly tell this was all set up. They showed some of the people "investigating" close to the handicap parking lot and they said they heard footsteps...Which I guess teleported them inside Boo Blasters or something, because thats where they ended up. It was a waste of twenty minutes.
Let's Get Weird.
Wasn't forgetting him, he was included in the "among others," hahaha.

I have a hard time believing shows like that. What they call 'evidence' usually seems sketchy. I think what was more disappointing was that they were only there for half the show.
On a side note, I think it would be cool if Cedar Point, Kings Island, or any amusement park for that matter, put together 'ghost tours' of sorts during Halloween time. Just a small tour around the park during the week when it's empty that tells ghost stories that happened in the park. I personally have been part of a ghost experience in the park and can't help but think there is more.
And MillenniumSpork, what are the stories behind Tower Johnny and Racer Boy? I can't say I've ever heard them. Or much history of Kings Island. Any sources I should check out?
"Ive got the need, the need for speed!"
^ They used to do something similar to that during Halloweekends. I don't remember all the details, but I'm pretty sure it was done as a Thursday night stay at Breakers (or maybe it was Friday evenings, I don't remember). It was some kind of mystery role playing game, where you were told a back story and then sent off into the park to look for clues and "solve" the mystery. My only recollection of it is from a flyer I saw somewhere. I want to say it was probably around 04 or 05. I'm not sure if they did it multiple years.

It re-airs Sunday morning at 9.
And then one day you find ten years have got behind you
No one told you when to run, you missed the starting gun
I look at the the episode more as publicity for the park, which never hurts.
Enjoy the rest of your day at America's Rockin' Roller Coast! Ride On!
They wouldn't do anything like Tower Johnny or the guys that got electrocuted or whatever, then that announces public deaths in the park, ect. ect...Girlfriend worked Eiffel Tower...Tower Johnny doesn't like those guys haha...If you try and stop at the 50 foot platform, elevator stops, have to do a v2v transfer...Which she had to do on first day of training as a result hahha
