Another CP rumor

I woulnd't post this if it weren't on Screamscape. But they are saying that CP is looking into an outdoor version of the Rock N' Roller coaster at Disney World. I have never been on it but I hear it is cool, albeit short. If this is true, I would be glad they are putting in a LIM coaster, and glad they are working with Vekoma as opposed to Premier on it. Although I would hope for an Intamin LIM.

I was at Disney a month ago visiting my sister who works at MGM Studios. Rock-n-Rollercoaster is an awesome ride!! The theming is spectacular! Suprisingly, Its VERY smooth..only afew bumps here and there, and the launch really plants your butt in the seat. Yes, it is alittle short, but its great none-the-less. I think it would be a worthy addition to CP. Anyone who's ridden it will say the same.

I hope they don't take away DT and put it in its spot. If they do then There should just move Dt into another area of the park. No every park with a bob-sled coaster

I don't think it would be very cost effective to move DT as opposed to razzing it!! JMHO though..to much structure to tear down and rebuild rather than easily move...

NO NO NO!!!! LOL! Back to the topic at hand! Rock N Rollercoasters was AWESEOM! I was very impressed for Disney. I don't think that it would work to well as an outdorr coaster but who knows.

LIM's are gimicks. At least so far. Just a bunch of standard elements with one heck of a shot out of the station. And is CP is set on putting one in, i would hope that CP has the class (and we know they've got it) to take them to a new level and not use a standard ride. Of-the-Shelf rides isn't CP's style.
