Guys....Cleveland.com has released this. A little fuel for our fire. Still can't wait for the real thing from Cedar Point.com
"Welcome back Gemini riders, how was that ride!?!?!" 28 years of excellence! (I am the guy in green & blue stripe shirt in my pic on TTD)
cedarpoint.com is usually one of the LAST sites to get updated when it comes to announcing a new ride...they spread the news to all the media outlets then update the site.
This has already been officially announced on Theme Park Review, The Point Online, Funcoast, the Sandusky Register, and the Plain Dealer. If this is fake somebody's pulled off the greatest conspiracy in the history of the amusement industry.

You've all seen how elaborate and major the announcements on the CP site are for new rides, it takes a while to get all that information uploaded and ready to go, a lot longer than it takes to just email the press release to people.
Haha...I just had a funny mental image of Tony and Tyler sitting at a computer, uploading the announcement and going "CURSE YOU 56K!"

lol. they're probably even cursing the T-1 if they're rolling out the updates site-wide :)
T-1 (aka DS1) isn't any faster than modern broadband cable internet for home users (in fact, DSL rates higher throughput than DS1)... I would certainly hope they'd be working with something a bit more hefty like DS3. And "site-wide" updates wouldn't require that much bandwidth anyway considering an SSI language backed with a database would make cascading updates go pretty quick. So I'm still not sure why they take so long to update cedarpoint.com... the information should've been ready weeks/months ago... snoopy's little banner already says "the secret is out today", but that's all you get so far. Weird.
