What program do you think they used in making of the animation?I can't tell if it's RCT3 or No Limits or probably neither.Maybe a custom one? Any ideas?
It's very likely a combination of Discreet 3DStudioMAX and Adobe Illustrator - thats what Keith has used in the past.

I bet it was a special made program or something different, but are there any other good roller coaster building softwares out there other then roller coaster tycoon's and the No Limits?

Thanks for the links guys.Thats sad though it's way better than the one's out there now. That guy should market that, he would make a killing!
I doubt he has his own custom software to make the simulations.
They are probably custom modeled/animated (as said before) in Autodesk 3d Studio Max.
These guys don't use software made for strictly roller coaster animations. They use 3D Modeling software that can be used to animate or create any kind of 3D model you want. It's not an easy process, though. I would be creating animations like that too if I had the patience. The animators deserve a lot of credit for their talent.
Keith McVeen is a master at what he does. Always said it, always will. You can see the quality difference between a 3DVirtualImageProduction animation and a non3DVIP(Griffon at BGE)
He has a personal roller coaster model site at:
badnitrus.coasterbuzz.com
And TTDragster105, he deserves ALOT of credit and respect for what he does. I've done it before, it's no easy task.
His story is very interesting too. It was posted on Coasterbuzz earlier this year. Keith was a coaster enthusiast (CP was his favorite park by the way) and went to school for an artist major I believe. He later got into computer graphics and developing games with advanced 3D software. For fun on his free time, Keith played around at a 3D model of a roller coaster. His first video on http://badnitrus.coasterbuzz.com was of MF. He admitted that it was crappy, but not long after that, his work turned into something amazing. Parks actually started approaching him to make animations of their new attractions. Long story short, he found that his free time fun had the chance to bring in some money and he bad a business at just that. Every animation you see of his, you see improvements made on each and every one. They're stunning and simply the best anywhere. Kudos to him for doing such a great job and having great success at what he loves.

Yeah i think the details in Maverick is awsome. The peeps look real good and the scenery is awesome too.Rct3 could learn a few tips and tricks from him!
I wouldn't want to know the computer specs to run RCT with that kind of detail.
