Am I The Only One?

Is anyone else just a little bit sad about the DT's future removal. It was a great family ride and was the stepping stool for a lot of people including me to bigger coasters. Also, there aren't many bobsled coasters left. I just wish Cedar Point would of just gotten ridden of the building but kept the ride. Also, I think they should relocate Space Spiral in another region of the park. Am I the only one that feels this way?

I have some fond memories of riding it when I was a kid.

Sadly, the ride doesn't even come close to the memories I have of it. It just isn't the same as it was in the early 90's.

The ride is just very neglected and needs to go.

Nope. I will miss it to, yes it is nothing more than a 1 minute dark ride but you have to admit when everything was working lights sounds and lasers and walking through the old bays you will miss!

You're not the only one. I sort of feel like that too. I'm not as shocked and disappointed as I was for when Wildcat, was removed but am looking forward to this new coaster. I'm sure this was planned when Kinzel was still around, so with Ouimet's comments a while ago about wanting to add more family rides I think that the next few years the park will ONLY see family-oriented things. I hope so, anyway.

I was trying to nicely say that this topic is extremely redundant since everyone on that news topic is voicing their opinions on the subject. Oh yeah, and right here in the general forums.
