Yes sir Uncle Steve, we walked right on to front row Magnumxl200 yesterday 10:15am. After venturing to Steel Vengeance for a 20 minute line wait we were pleased to see Skyhawk in operation, at least half of it, so we took a swing. Walking up Frontier Trail, couldn't resist checking out the much ballyhooed fresh restrooms. Sad to report that not all Frontier Trail restrooms were fully functional yesterday, the outhouse near the bridge would not have that grumpy voice eminating from within when the door was pulled. Walked to the front to exit and found much to my and CoasterHawk's chagrin that SkyRide was NOT operating but had riders stuck in the cars. Was that way for about 20 minutes as the ambulance rolled up to the front station to tend to someone in distress.
CoasterHawk, I totally agree with CPkid77, you are getting very annoying. I am not trying to be mean because when you go to the park, I’m sure that you want to ride as much as you can and have as much fun as all of us on here.
So again not to be mean, but please don’t be annoying. As a lot of us have told you before, Sky Ride being closed is usually due to high winds if it’s not maintenance or loading a special access person. If something else besides Sky Ride is closed, it is either maintenance, weather, guest illness, or staffing; so no need to post or ask every time you see something closed or down for the day what have you.
Heres an example from when my partner and I were at the park on Friday.
Windseeker was open Thursday Night but on Friday it didn’t open at all. Then Maverick went down during Coastermania ERT.
CoasterHakwk, did you see me getting on here and making post about Windseeker & Maverick being down?
Nope, my partner asked me about Windseeker and I showed him how the cables on the tower were blowing and Maverick was for maintenance.

To stay on topic and make a huge deal of nothing, and be annoying at the same time I must share a simply horrible experience I had at the park yesterday. Short version - The Trail Tavern did not open at Noon.
Long version - I was walking down the trail from Frontier Town towards MF, it was 12:05 and the Trail Tavern was closed even though the sign said it would open at noon. I had to walk all the way to the Red Garter and they did not have a tall Coors Light, I had to settle for a Miller Lite, very sad. It was also a tad warm and humid yesterday so I was almost overcome by de-hydration due to the unplanned additional walk for my next beverage. To make matters worse we started walking back towards Frontier Town and around 12:45 the Trail Tavern was open. Ruined our entire day!!
Of course it didn't though. Yesterday was a beautiful day weather wise, the wind did keep some rides closed like Windseeker and Sky Ride. The threat of rain never materialized either except a few minor sprinkles late in the afternoon. I haven't had a chance to make it to Barrels and Bites yet (closed on Tuesdays) but I was very impressed with the set up they have for it. Lots of props, additional seating and shade structures etc...
