I have not been to cedar point yet
I am hoping to go this summer. Is there a way to get from the airport to the park without renting a car that i will have to pay to park.I will stay at the park or within walking distance (if that hotel has a shuttle to and from airport) I do not like the idea of renting a car and letting it sit at the hotel or the park for 2 or 3 days. Is it too far to take a cab from the airport to the park or nearby hotel. I would like to spend 4 full days at the park
It may be cheaper to rent the car than pay the two-way cab fare from either the Toledo airport or Cleveland.

One of the Sandusky limo companies will take you from the airport to your hotel for about $60 each way. That's about as close as your going to get to an airport shuttle and probably cheaper than a rental car.
Rental cars are only $40 or less a day...I think the limo would be more expensive. And what about the odd chance you NEED to go into town to get something or do something?

Thanks Walt that is what I was looking for.I found one limo company that offers 28.50 to sandusky(min of 8 people) I wonder how long a wait for 7 more people on the day I go.
You do realize that it's at least an hour's drive from Cleveland or Toledo airports right?
You can rent an economy car for around less then 20 dollars a day with unlimited mileage from enterprise, that would be something like a Chevy Aveo.
Including tax that would run you around 90 bucks.
If you are waiting for another 7 people to rent a limo, you may be waiting a VERy long time. And by very I mean more then a day.
Save yourself the trouble, rent a car.
